Some People Are Just Insane!

Now, I'm not here to sit back and bash on the tea-partiers, but lets be honest, do they do anything good for the American people? I realize that they mean well, and I not only expect, but hope that some of these people come out of the wood-work and tell me just what it is that they believe in. Right now, I'm writing this blog to show everyone once and for all the idiocy that people think is true right now.

I love America, just as much as any other red-blooded citizen, and to be honest, I'm a bit new to politics. When I stop to think about things that are affecting the country right now, I notice that there is a fringe group of people out there, (the tea party) who have the absolute oposite views that I do.

Things like gay marriage. First of all, why would anyone give a rat's ass what gender someone else happens to fall in love with? Does this affect you in any way shape or form? Wait let me answer that for you. It affects you in the sense that homosexual people (men in particular) love to have outlandish weddings where they spend as much money as they can, and in turn breathe life into our economy.

So, if you're in any kind of business that needs money, and can profit off of gay marriage, you'd be a complete moron to vote against it. Voting against gay marriage, is like turning down money for our economy. And what's your excuse for voting no? "It says being gay is an abomination in the bible." This may be true, but then again, so is eating shrimp. I don't plan on boycotting Red-Lobster any time soon.

The legalization of marijuana. There's another easy one that would save our economy billions. I'm not exaggerating, just legalize it. There's no excuse for this one. It's safer than smoking cigarettes, and we're spending our tax dollars on jailing people whos only offense is having a few ounces of this plant in thier posession. Will someone please explain this one to me?

I don't have room to write down every idiot thing that the tea party is against, at least not in this post as it's already getting long, but trust me, I have many more questions about this idiocy, and I'm hoping someone will read this and give me a few straightforward answers!
